On Wednesday, November 4, 2009, at approximately 17:10 hours, a 58 year old Male was operating his 1995 Jeep Cherokee westbound in the 15600 block of Jacinto Port Blvd. At the same time, a 23 year old Male was operating a 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle, also westbound in the 15600 block of Jacinto Port Blvd.
According to witness accounts and physical evidence on scene, the operator of the motorcycle passed several other vehicles in front of him to the left side of the road. While passing other vehicles, the operator of the Jeep was in the process of turning left and was struck by the motorcyle.
The operator of the motocycle was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital via Life Flight, where he died shortly after arrival.
