At approximately 7:15 A.M. this date October 17, 2009 Harris County Sheriffs Dispatch was forwarded a 911 call from the Houson Police Department in reference to a possible Kidnapping. Dispatch advised that the call was from a female who identified her self as Jacqueline Oliver and stated that she had been Kidnapped by a person that she knows as Jonathan Williams, and that they were in a white van. The female also stated that she did not want to die. A trace on the cell phone number showed that the call originated in the area of Lillja and Hambrick Rd in North East Harris County
Harris County Sheriffs Patrol District 2 began an active search of the area for the suspect's white van. At approximately 9:20 A.M. Harris County Sheriff Deputies was dispatched to a Medical Emergency call at 13315 Glennlast Ln. Information was also received that a white van was parked in front of that residence. Upon the arrival of Sheriff Deputies it was determined that the van was the suspect's vehicle, and the complainant was found at the location. A search of the residence for the suspect was made, however the suspect was not found. The complainant had obtained severe head and face injuries non life threatening and was transported by ambulance to Ben Taub Hospital.
Harris County Sheriffs Office Homicide Division was notified and call to the scene to began an investigation. Upon interviewing the complainant and several witnesses felony charges of Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault were filed aganist the suspect. The suspect is not in custody at the time of this release.
