Woman Finds Man Asleep in Her Bed

On this date, a female returned to her home on Tall Oaks Drive to find a 20-year-old intoxicated man asleep in her bed. The man refused to leave despite being given several orders to do so. Harris County Sheriff’s Deputy Troyer responded to the call and arrested Robert Simon of Splendora for criminal trespassing. Mr. Simon allegedly crawled into the home after pushing the air conditioning unit through the wall. A judge sentenced Mr. Simon to 3 days in the Harris County Jail.
